A simple and rewarding process, we can't read your mind but we always hit the brief!
If you want to add a statement piece to your room or you are thinking of transforming a piece you have been hiding but didn't want to part company with, we're happy to work with you through the entire process. If it's a new addition we have some quality furniture in stock but if they don't manage to tick the box we can source something suitable for your requirements. You will most likely have the function and general dimensions in mind for your bespoke piece and we can guide you through what styles of furniture may be available to meet that brief.
The next stage is design! This is where commissioning a piece of furniture really becomes exciting and we are often sent photos of the clients' room to advise in this area. Perhaps there's a pattern you admire but didn't want to introduce it on your walls or maybe you love the idea of a classic or contemporary work of art? We research available images to use within licensing regulations and also create our own unique artwork. So if your style is light, dark, minimalist or eclectic, there are no limitations in design with Boho Bard.
Once we've established you would like to proceed with a commission we ask for a deposit.
We liaise with you to refine the details, providing simulations to ensure you are happy with your unique design.
We provide you with a finished price, a specification of work to be carried out and a time scale for completion.
Once work commences we send you progress updates to ensure you are happy before the final finishing.
The balance of your payment is due after the final sign off photographs but prior to collection by the courier.
Please note that unless the item is faulty or damaged we do not accept the return of bespoke items. Size and access to your desired room will be discussed with you at the initial stages.
